Book a twenty minute live demo/webinar of either our Cloud portal or desktop application. You may even send us a few of your CDRs if you wish that we use your own data for the demo so that the explanations and guidance is made more relevant to your needs. You don’t need to have downloaded, installed or activated our system as we will use a demo set-up we use for such occasions. The access to your demo is done via Teamviewer-styled remote access. One of our staff will serve as your dedicated guide during the demo (One off).
We recently decided to charge a small fee for our live demos, as we feel that this way better support and allocation of our resources will be achieved and given to customers interested in registering with this service. We make all sorts of documentation available to new users to help you evaluate our offering: from manuals for TelecomBilling.net and TeleFactura, to online guides, videos, and free 60 day trial of our systems.
